Ingredients:
300 grams of zucchini
1 egg
salt
100g of flour
6 tablespoons tomato sauce
90 grams of Mozzarella
a pinch of oregano (optional)
Preparation:
– Wash and grate zucchini
– Drain them in a colander.
– In a salad bowl put the zucchini, flour, salt and egg, and mix well until a smooth paste.
– Pour the mixture into a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
– Remove from the oven then spread the tomato sauce then drop the mozzarella slices, and sprinkle a pinch of oregano and put back in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, watching the cooking.
