Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cake

Ingredients:
.1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
.1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
.¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
.1 teaspoon baking powder
.1 teaspoon baking soda
.½ teaspoon salt
.¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
.1 cup buttermilk
.2 large eggs
.2 teaspoons vanilla extract
.1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Add the melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking for a fudgy texture.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
