Baileys Irish Cream – 3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Crushed Biscuits (e.g., graham crackers, digestive biscuits, or Oreos) – 2 cups (200g)
Chocolate Chips or Melted Chocolate – for coating (optional)
Sprinkles or Cocoa Powder – for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add Baileys: Mix in the Baileys Irish Cream until fully incorporated.
Fold in Crushed Biscuits: Stir in the crushed biscuits until the mixture is firm enough to roll into balls. If the mixture is too soft, chill it for 30 minutes.
Shape the Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill: Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
