Ingredients :
Flour 250g
Sugar 300g
Eggs 2
Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 4tbsp (unsweetened)
Salt 1tsp
Milk 250ml
oil 125ml
Vanilla flavour 1tsp
Boiled water 200ml
Procedure:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add sugar oil, milk and flavour mix together, whisk the eggs and add it to the mixture.
Finally add the boiled water.
Line your 8″ pan with baking paper or any pan of your choice (you can use A4 paper)
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-45mins
This will give you about 3 by 8inches cake.
