Beef and barley soup

Ingredients :
Water 9-10 Cups
Half cup chopped onion
Barley pearl 1 cup
Large Bay Sheet 1
Bone-free chuck 1lb clip into small pieces
Cutting carrot 1 and half a cup
Celery slices 1 and a half cups
Cutting mushrooms 8 ounces
Beef base 2 tbsp you can use here beef broth too but beef base works like magic and I should only use 2 tbsp for this recipe

Preparation:
Take a frying pan and cook the beef to your taste like cooking you like meat.
When your meat is ready, add it to the pottery bowl. Add carrots, water, bay paper, onions, celery, mushrooms and beef base.
Cook on high heat and add barley. Add salt and pepper to your taste and cook until the beef and vegetables are cooked according to your requirements.
Remove the bay paper and serve in a dish with fish biscuits, some chili sauce, soy sauce and lemon.
