Turkish semolina balls

Ingredients
3 eggs
Two and a half cups of flour
Two and a half cups of fine semolina
2 spoons of vanilla
Half a cup of curd
Half a cup of oil
3 quarters of a cup of coconut
2 spoon baking powder
flower orange water

How to prepare
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla and oil and mix well.
We add semolina, coconut and baking powder to them and mix them, then gradually add the flour with continuous kneading to get a smooth dough.
Now we start forming it in the form of balls of equal size.
Dip the balls with fine semolina and arrange them in a tray on butter paper and bake them at 220 degrees, watching them until they turn golden.
After we take it out of the oven while it is hot, water it with syrup, then arrange it on a plate and decorate its face with fine pistachios or almonds.
