Smoked Sausage and Potato Bake

Ingredients

.1 package of sliced Eckrich skinless smoked sausage

.8 Yukon gold potatoes, quartered

.1 green bell pepper, diced

.1 yellow bell pepper, diced

.2 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes

.2 teaspoons olive oil

.1 teaspoon oregano

.1 teaspoon basil

.½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

.Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large baking pan, arrange the sliced sausage, potatoes, and diced peppers.
