.2 cups strawberry ice cream, softened

Instructions:
1.Prepare the Base:
.Crush chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a firm crust.
.Place the crust in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set.
2.Assemble the Chocolate Layer:
.Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the crust.
.Freeze for at least 1 hour to firm up.
3.Assemble the Strawberry Layer:
.Mix chopped strawberries into the softened strawberry ice cream.
.Spread this mixture over the frozen chocolate layer.
.Freeze for another 1-2 hours until firm.
4.Whipped Cream Topping:
.In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
.Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the frozen cake.
5.Garnish and Serve:
