Ingredients
For Dough
2 cup all purpose
1 tbs salt
2 tbs oil water as needed
For Fillings
2 tbs oil
1 cup chopped onions
2-3 tbs ginger garlic
paste500g minced
meat1/2 tbs red chilli powder
1 tbs black pepper salt as per taste
1 cup chopped tomato paste capsicums tomatoes
Directions
Step 1
Add all purpose, salt, oil and knead it. Add water as needed

keep the dough aside
Step 3
In a saucepan add 2 tbs oil then add 1 cup chopped onions and sauté for 5-6 minutes
Step 4
add 2-3 tbs ginger garlic paste then sauté 2-3 minutes
Step 5
add 500g minced meat and cook for 10 minutes

Add 1/2 tbs red chilli powder, 1 tbs black pepper and salt as per taste mix it and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add 1 cup chopped tomato paste mix it and cook for few minutes then turn off the flame and keep it aside

spread flour on the table and then roll the dough out like tortilla shape

brush the pan with butter then place the dough then brush it repeat this step for 4-5 times

add the filling then add cheese then again 4-5 sheets and place themStep 10
cut in into square shape then pour the egg (2 eggs+ hot milk) then add cheeseStep 11
Bake it for 35-40 minutes on 180°Step 12
