Creamy Custard-Style Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
4 eggs
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup golden raisins
3 cups whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups cold cooked white rice
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish. Beat the sugar and eggs.
Gradually mix in the cream and milk. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla extract. Stir in the rice and raisins.
Transfer the mixture into the casserole dish. Put this dish into a bigger oven-proof dish.
Add about 2 inches of water to the bigger pan. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes then stir gently.
Cook for a further 30 minutes and serve warm.
