INGREDIENTS:
• 500g potatoes skin off and cut in chunks
• 250g semolina
• 100g grated cheese
• salt and pepper to taste,
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 whole egg
• boiled ham slices
• 100 gr mozzarella shredded or more
METHOD:
Boil and mash potatoes. Add semolina, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, baking powder and egg. Knead the dough. Cool for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a thin layer, squeeze out disks with a diameter of 10 cm in a form, add small piece of Ham slice and grated cheese in the center of the disk and covered with another disk. Brush lightly the edges add another disk over it and crimp or use for end to press doesn thedges to close
The second option: to fill up the disk with the filling in the form of a crescent. Fry in plenty of vegetable oil.
