Strawberry Cheesecake Funnel Cake

Strawberry Shortcake Funnel Cake: A delightful seasonal spin on a classic summer fair funnel cake with a strawberry shortcake taste!

Ingredients:

For the Funnel Cakes:
4 cups frying oil (vegetable or canola)
2 cups flour (all-purpose)
3 tbsp. sugar (granulated)
1 12 tsp baking powder

a quarter teaspoon of salt
12 gallon milk
2 eggs, big
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)

Garnish with:
sugar in powdered form
Strawberry ice cream, for example, or vanilla ice cream
Strawberries that have been mutilated 2 cups cut strawberries, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.

Instructions:

For the Funnel Cakes:
In a saucepan, heat the oil to around 375 degrees.
In a medium mixing basin, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
Then mix in the wet ingredients: milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, until the batter is smooth.
Fill a funnel, squeeze bottle, or a cake decorating piping bag with batter and a round trip.
When the oil is heated, swirl the batter into a spiral pattern (have fun with this stage) and fry it. Once the first side is nice and golden brown, flip it over.
Remove the oil until both sides are golden brown and drain on paper towels. These puppies are quick to cook!

Garnish with:
Serve immediately with a dusting of powdered sugar, ice cream, strawberries, and whipped cream.
