STEAKS of Hamburger with onion gravy

Ingredient:
a single egg
bread crumbs, 1/3 cup
a half teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of oil
1 1/2 cup onion, finely sliced
2 tbsp flour (all-purpose)
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup beef broth

Make it this way:
Combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Make thick patties out of the mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. In a skillet, cook the patties and onion until the patties are beautifully browned. Place the meat patties on a platter and set aside to keep warm.
Dust the onions and drippings in the skillet with flour. With a fork, stir in the flour, scraping up any lumps
As you whisk, scrape the bottom of the pot of beef. Slowly pour in the beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer and stir for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat, until the gravy thickens. Reduce the heat to low, add the patties back to the gravy, cover, and continue to cook for another 15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes in a large bowl.
