CHOCOLATE AND BANANA CAKE

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 cup of hot water
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups flour
10g baking powder
3 bananas
250ml cream
120g milk chocolate pistachios

Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, milk, hot water, cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Mingle. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter and put the sliced ​​bananas. Pour the prepared mixture.
2. Bake 40 minutes at 180°/350°F.
3. Bring the cream and milk chocolate to a boil. Pour the cooked ganache over the cake. Sprinkle with pistachios
