ingredients
small package of beef stew meat
3 cups of frozen peas
3 cups of snapped grean beans
1 cup of fresh carrots
3 medium red skin potatos I keep the skin on mine
3 tbsp garlic powder
small bag of barley
60 oz vegetable beef broth
31 oz of water
method
combine everything together in the slow cooker and let cook on low heat for 6 hours then serve
