Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies are an awesome thing. They stay soft and chewy for days and they taste fabulous.
Ingredients:
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 package (3.4 ounces) butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Step by step:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix flour and baking soda. Put aside.
Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well. Stirring in flour mix. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Drop by 1 teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
